A great portion of my practice involves family law, estate planning and real estate and mortgage financing.  I also offer other legal services to clients.

What Kinds of Information I May Collect:  I may collect information about you, either from you or from other sources such as employment and banking institutions.  The information I collect will likely include, but not be limited to your full name(s), addresses, contact information, dates of birth, and Social Security Numbers, as well as other relevant information about your legal matter for which you have consulted with or engaged this office. 

How I Use this Information:  I do not share your information with marketers outside of my own office.  There is no need to tell me to keep your information confidential or to myself because I share your information only to provide the services you have requested or which are required or permitted by law.  The privacy laws permit some sharing of information without your approval.  I may share information internally with my staff (who are also bound by privacy laws and this Privacy Policy), or non-affiliated third-parties, but only to be able to carry out and service your needs.  I may share your information with government law enforcement agencies, but only if and when required by law.  I take all steps reasonably necessary to protect against fraud or unauthorized transactions or dissemination of your personal information.

How I Protect Your Information:  I restrict access to any and all of my records to my staff and only to those others who need the information to provide products or services which you have requested.  I maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with law to guard your non-public information.  I reinforce my privacy policy  with my staff and employees.

            This site is not directed at children under the age of 18 years.  If you are under 18, please do not provide any personal information on this site or in e-mailing to me.  Children should always get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers) over the Internet, to me or to anyone else. 

            You will not receive any e-mails from this site unless you explicitly choose to be sent one in response to an e-mail or telephone inquiry. 

            This site does not intentionally use browser cookies.  I have no way of telling who has visited my site unless he or she voluntarily communicates with me.  I do not use a counter or statistics keeper of any kind.

            However, this website may provide links to other websites whose privacy policies are not under my control. Once you leave this server (you can tell where you are by checking the URL in the location bar on your browser), use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are then visiting. That policy may differ from mine. If you can't find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from that site's homepage, you should contact that site directly for more information.

            While I will do my best to protect any personal information you send me, I cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to me by means of e-mail.  However, the means you use in the transmission of your information to me is not necessarily secure.  So don't leave your e-mail address if you have concerns in this regard.
